Creating each of my custom bird houses requires at least 60 hours of planning, handcrafting and creativity to complete. Most of our replica birdhouses are commissioned as one-of-a-kind, unique gifts, and we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work on each house - knowing that it will be an heirloom keepsake.

The production cost of a custom architectural birdhouse varies with the complexity of design, with most ranging in price from $1,200 - $1,600. We expect 100% client satisfaction and appreciate feedback. Our process begins with a free quote.

To begin production we use client provided photos to develop CAD drawings that are presented to our client for feedback. Once approved, our custom birdhouses are individually handcrafted with exterior grade materials and joinery. Architectural details are carved, burned and painted onto the house. The outside of each bird house is sealed and then painted with custom blended exterior paint. A marine grade urethane finish is then applied. Our custom birdhoues are bird safe, as interior nesting boxes are left untreated and chemical-free and feature ventilation and drainage areas.

Our custom replica birdhouses feature removable bottom panels for easy cleaning, copper lined entry holes and a reinforced mounting area. The birdhouses can be built to accomodate any of our post displays or can be mounted using flange or post mounting hardware. The entry holes are typically 1.25", and are designed for common cavity nesters such as wrens, finches, chickadees, nuthatches and titmice.
